Pabean Lot 7 Here the client
wanted enlargements and refinements to a standard villa design that was done
previously for "Pabean Beach Estate"
Spaces were re-organised and material finishes upgraded to suit the new interior
atmosphere.
This two storied villa faces east giving it views to the ocean and mountains
beyond.
Pabean Lot 8
A private 4 bedroom, garden bathroomed villa that includes a large games room, dining/living and large
entertaining areas that overlook the weir edge swimming pool that sits directly
above the beach, is being built upon 15 mē of land.
The clients brief was to design an
interesting villa that incorporated the garden and living elements of Balinese
architecture. The client emphasized his need to be able to entertain his guests
in relaxed comfort whilst enjoying the views afforded by the villas location
towards the ocean and mountains beyond.
