Completed Projects - Pabean Lot 7
This client wanted enlargements and refinements to a standard villa design that had been previously built on the "Pabean Beach Estate".
Spaces were re-organised and material finishes upgraded to suit the new interior atmosphere.
This two storied villa faces east giving it views to the ocean and mountains beyond.
A Pallete of natural materials chosen for the finishes to the villa included. Iron wood shingles, marble and timber floors.
