Master Planning

• A mixed commercial/villa/marina development situated on a large reef protected bay in Kuta, South Lombok , Indonesia
• This is a first of this type of development on the island of Lombok providing residences adjacent to restaurants, pubs, shops, apartments and function facilities.
• There are 14 villas in this development 12 of which have exclusive beach front access, the two rear villas are more spacious and are designed to create the tropical Bali open garden feeling.
• The commercial facilities in this development are a useful compliment for the owners of the 14 villas as well as guests and locals
• A small marina located directly in front of this development is to cater for villa owners and the occasional yacht or charter vessel that needs docking facilities.
• The natural ground level for this development was raised 20 meters from beach level.
• This unique development with exclusive beach access provides its future occupants of the town house villas with a range of holiday activities centered on a large protected bay with beautiful white sand beaches and clear turquoise, sparking blue ocean waters.
• To augument the town house villa development is a small marina in the bay allowing owners an opportunity to berth their yacht / motor yacht close by
• Adjacent to the town house villa development is a three storied commercial area providing facilities for the occupants of the villas and surrounding area.
• Pub / light meals / sports bar.
• 4 shops – water sports with diving / boating / tour activities / general shop.
• Fine dining on the first floor with adjacent function rooms for conferences and weddings.
• Four apartments on the second floor with accommodation and office for a manager.
• As the area for the development is somewhat remote and not well provided for with services such as electricity and mains water supply, the design emphasizes, as far as possible, self reliance for its energy needs and water storage and re-usable water systems.
