Villa 1 - 11

Villas 1 – 11 all have exclusive beach front access & views
The living quarters are located on the ground floor which is raised 2 meters above the beach and boadwalk.
The issues of privacy and security for each villa is addressed by elevating the villas above the beach.
The ground floor comprises of living / dining /kitchen one guest bedroom / bathroom.
The living / dining areas are designed to open out to the swimming pool entertainment area directly overlooking the beach and ocean.
First floor houses two bedrooms one of which is the master suite with its balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.
The top floor / or roof has been designed to be used as an alternative outdoors entertaining/ BBQ area.
A pergolt provides protecting cover from the sun if this area is used during the day
The flat concrete roof is insulated by 20 cm of soil that is grassed timber decking is provided to the entertaining areas.
Solar Panels provides hot water to each villa as well as photo voice cells that generate some of the electricity for each villas needs
