Villas 12

Villa 12 has both exclusive beach front and exclusive river north access as it is located at the north eastern end of the site.
Villas 12 has 4 bedrooms un suite . Two on the ground floor + 2 bedrooms on the is floor including, the master suite overlooking the ocean + river.
Here again the living / dining / kitchen open out onto the swimming pool / outdoor entertainement area directly overlooking the ocean and river mouth.
The first floor houses two bedrooms , one of which is the master suite with its balcony overlooking the beach, river mouth.
